Complying Development Certificate / Development Application

We can obtain all the necessary approvals for your project through either a Complying Development Certificate CDC or Development Application DA.

The process includes collecting all the required reports for your property and project to be approved to current regulations.

Complying Development Certificate

The Complying Development Certicate (CDC) is the most common form of swimming approval. We are able to speed up the process by going through our Private Certifier, not your local council for approval

The types of projects that may be considering under a CDC are Swimming Pools, Cabanas, Pergolas, Retaining Walls, Paved Areas, Covered Areas, Garages, Carports and Granny Flats.

Development Application DA

The Development Application (DA) process through your council can be required or be of preferred choice given the landscape design plans for your development.
